DEAR SKATING FRIENDS I sincerely glad to welcome all the participants of the ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating 2009/2010 Bosphorus İstanbul between 14-18 October, 2009.Turkish Ice Skating Federation being one of the youngest members of ISU is highly happy to have the opportunity for the first time to host such an important event of ISU in beautiful İstanbul - one of the wonderfull cities of the World.
